* If you arrive in Karuizawa before the check-in time, we suggest that you check your baggage in at the station and do some sightseeing until we can accommodate you.

1.  Large and small coin lockers are found on the first floor at the North exit of the Karuizawa station (large: 500 yen, small: 300 yen).

2. You may leave large bags such as suitcases at the "baggage check" next to the ticket gate of "Shinano Railway" on the third floor of the Karuizawa station (500 yen per bag).
